 It is my distinct pleasure to supervise tomorrow's teachers.  Direct observation allows me a a small window into the pre-service teacher's delivery and student learning process.  Reflective practice (journal-writing) is a teachers personal analysis of a lesson or a day when he/she has been the teacher, dynamically involved with learners, mentors, and colleagues. This experience is your testing-ground, your trial by fire in the real classroom.  It is also your final steps of being a college student transitioning to the world of assessment, accountability, and your professional career.  It is truly an amazing metamorphasis, and I am honored to be a small part of it!
