"And we'll see ya tomorrow night......." I heard Jack Buck exclaim as Kirby Puckett hit the game winning home run in game 6 of the 1991 World Series. I jumped for joy and cheered for the Minnesota Twins as Kirby rounded the bases. I was the happiest 7 year old boy in the world that night as my mom sent me to bed, my favorite team was one game away from winning the World Series!. |

Since that famous home run many things have changed in my life, I am now a fourth year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Studying for my classes takes up alot of my time, but I am still watch the Twins every chance I get. In fact I've started practicing my own Twins religion I call The Three R's. Reading about the Twins, Researching the Twins, and most importantly, Rooting for the Twins. I found practicing this religion can be dangerous though because usually another R comes into play, regret. I usually regret not doing my homework the morning after I watch the Twins game rather than studying.
