Grades in this class will be given on the basis of homework and in-class assignments, Papers, Presentations, Participation and a Final Journal of the class. You are expected to be in class. I will note who participates in class and who does not. I may well give in-class assignments which will be graded. You will not be able to make these up unless you have contacted me before the class. The grade will be based on the following:
