Circum-horizontal Arc

It is quite rare. It is called a circum-horizontal arc. It only
happens at certain times of the year, and certain times of the day (the
sun has to be HIGH in the sky) when the ice crystals in the clouds are
made of plates and the plates are floating horizontally. When sunlight
goes in the side of the crystals, a rainbow band is created but is
displayed as a horizontal band of color.
