Bourbon Hot Dogs

1     pound hot dogs, cut up
3/4  cup bourbon whiskey
1/2  cup catsup
1/2  cup brown sugar
1     tablespoon chopped onions

Stir and simmer for 1 hour. [Can use less bourbon particularly if scaling this recipe upwards.]
