Belle's Sugar Cookies

2c sugar
2c powdered sugar
1lb margarine
add 4 eggs
1 3/4 c vegetable oil
2 tsp cream of tarter
2 tsp baking soda
9 c flour

Roll & smash with a sugared glass.
Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet 350 about 12 minutes.
