Fruited Stuffed Wild Goose 1 4-6 lb. wild goose Salt and pepper the cleaned goose inside and out. Melt butter or margarine. Saute onions and apple until tender. Add bread crumbs, raisins, salt, pepper and sage. Stuff goose. Cover breasts and legs with bacon slices. Roast uncovered 2-2½ hours at 350º. Combine orange juice,
