Jan’s Cole Slaw

Napa Lettuce
Green Onion
Sun flower Seeds
Sliced Almonds
Chinese Noodles – Use Raman noodles without seasoning pack and crunch up in package.
Cooked Diced Chicken

Dressing
½ c. vinegar
1 c. oil
¼ c. sugar
2 T. Soy Sauce

Amounts on this recipe vary as to how much you desire to make. For two of us I figure half a Napa lettuce and the rest of the ingredients proportionally to taste. Saute Noodles and Almonds in 2 T. Butter or Pam until slightly brown. Slice Napa into shreds. Toss remaining salad ingredients together.
