Minnesota Maple
Vinegrette
Yield: 1 cup
¼ cup raspberry
vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp. Dry mustard
1 tsp. Tarragon
½ tsp. Salt
Combine all together.
Toss with baby greens, pine nuts, and feta cheese.
