6 eggs
1 pound super fine sugar
1 dash salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients in electric mixing bowl at high speed. Beat
until all sugar is completely dissolved. Place 2 1/2 oz of batter into
a mug and add 1 oz. of rum or brandy and fill with boiling water. Sprinkle
with nutmeg or colored sugar.
