Onion
Bread
Use bread dough or hot roll mix; let rise 1 hour. Oil pans, press dough
thinly into pans, then pour 1 tablespoon or so of oil on top and spread
around. Grate onion directly onto dough-juice and all. Press onion and
juice into dough. Sprinkle with salt and cracked. pepper. Let rise no
more than 20-30 minutes. Bake. Cut into wedges or squares. Can play
with this a lot. Use rosemary, basil, parsley, Parmesan or Romano, or
garlic salt- with or without onion. Keep it thin. Not quite crispy as
a cracker but not bready.
