Spritz Cookies 1/2 pound butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 2 1/2 cups flour vanilla Cream together all ingredients. Form into cookies and place on cookie sheets. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes. Source: Kay Robertson
