Instructor letter requesting notetaker
Notetaking Class Announcement
- Notes are provided to students with documented disabilities ONLY.
- Students must be in class to receive notes (unless determined otherwise by Disability Services & Resources).
- Disability Services & Resources does not keep copies of notes on file.
- Peer Notetaking responsibilities extend only to the students that are assigned to them by the Disability Services & Resources Note Taking Coordinator.
- Disability Services & Resources cannot give out Peer Notetaker information to anyone other than the student receiving the notes and the instructor (if necessary). This confidentiality is provided to protect them from inappropriate requests.
