The mission of the University of Minnesota Duluth Commission on Disabilities is to promote the University's plan for compliance with all current legislation regarding disabilities including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Minnesota Human Rights Act, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
