Please check the RFB&D book catalog before submitting your request. If RFB&D has your book, you are expected to use that source. Order it directly. If you don't have a personal membership, talk to your DR specialist.

If RFB&D does not have your book...
Complete one form for each of your classes. All information is required for each book. If more than 3 books are required for the class please indicate so in the 'comment' section and submit another form with all necessary information. You must provide proof of purchase of each book.

If we do not find electronic copies of the textbooks, books can be scanned and converted to electronic files. You must provide a copy of the textbook to be scanned and the reading assignments from the class syllabus.

Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will receive recorded materials.
