Grievance Policy
The student is responsible for contacting DR if reasonable accommodations are not provided in an effective or timely way, or if they believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of their disability. The following steps should be taken:
- Discuss the situation with the student's disability specialist.
- If not resolved, talk to the DR director.
- Finally, the student may consult with the Office of Equal Opportunity or may file a grievance with that office.
