Scholarships

Harry Oden Scholarship

In order to qualify for the Harry Oden Scholarship you must:

  • Be a full-time student
  • Have a documentated disability on file with Disability Resources or be a minority student
  • Have completed your freshman year
  • Have GPA of 2.5 or more
  • Be involved in a community service
  • Be able to demonstrate a financial need

Marcia Bevard-Kulick Scholarship

In order to qualify for the Marcia Bevard-Kulick Scholarship you must:

  • Be a full-time student
  • Have a documentated physical (mobility or coordination impairments or legal blindness) disability on file with Disability Resources
  • Benefit from the interconnected, barrier-free, and elevator-equiped environment of the UMD campus

You do not have to demonstrate a financial need.

Scholarship Application

Last day to apply for scholarships for 2012-13 is Friday, April 6, 2012.
Scholarships will be presented at the annual Recognition Reception on April 25.

This application form can be used for both the Harry Oden Scholarship and the Marcia Bevard-Kulick Scholarship. See above for qualifying information.
