The campus is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools,
Commission on Institutions of Higher Education. Every ten years a campus is reviewed for
reaccreditation. The last review was in 1987, and the process for the current review is under
way. An evaluation team will be on campus September 22-24, 1997. Prior to that visit, the
campus must conduct a self-study and prepare a report which evaluates how the campus is
performing with respect to a set of criteria for evaluation. Information on the issues addressed
in the self-study and draft chapters of the self-study report can be accessed through this
Website. The final report will be completed in July and comments about the draft chapters are
welcome at any time, but will be most useful in provided prior to July 1.
