Why do I need to create an account?
The University of Minnesota has created this for prospective students interested in applying to the University of Minnesota called My Account. Students who create an account with the University will be able to use one username and password to do everything you'll need to do on-line as you consider attending the University of Minnesota Duluth. Besides needing to remember only one username and password to access your account, you'll also only need to supply us with your contact information once. Rather than asking you for your name, address, e-mail address and phone number every time you get in touch with us, we'll have it on file.
We've designed My Account to make working with us easier as you consider attending the University. We've also made improvements to the on-line application for admission this year. We hope it's easier to fill out, and that you'll be able to complete your application more quickly.

To complete your application, you will need to send in the supplementary materials listed below in addition to the application and the application fee. Print this checklist and use it to ensure you submit a complete application.
