These images are a selection of recent student works created for the range of courses in our program. Exhibition opportunities for students at UMD include rotating displays of course work within the department, the required senior exhibitions in the Tweed Museum of Art, the annual juried Student Art Exhibition held in the Tweed, among other venues organized by faculty or independently by students. Various purchase awards of works are made each year as part of the Student Art Exhibition. Purchased works enter into collections held by the Chancellor, the School of Fine Arts, and the Tweed Museum, among others.
