Research:

Cellular Biology and Molecular Biology. I am broadly interested in how cells communicate with each other and their environments. I have recently used Drosophila immune cells as a model system to assay interaction and phagocytosis of the human fungal pathogen Candida albicans

Family/Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my husband Mike and toddler daughter Tierney. We've recently started canoeing and are looking forward to cross country skiing in the winter.
