Description: Theoretical base and practical experiences integrating knowledge of self with knowledge of the marketplace. Emphasis on learning effective job/internship search strategies.

COURSE COMPLETION
This is a year-round course: beginning and ending dates of UMD Semesters do not apply. You are expected to complete the course within 16 weeks of registration; however, if more time is needed to complete the work, you may request an extension, not to exceed 16 weeks, from your instructor.

Students whose INI course completion dates fall after the end of the academic semester will have a temporary grade of I (incomplete) posted by the instructor. At the end of the 16-week period, the I is changed to a grade when the instructor submits a change of grade.
