CE Students may register for Fall 2008 courses on a
space-available basis beginning Monday, May 5, 2008.
We welcome your attendance and appreciate your interest in the University of Minnesota Duluth.
If you have been academically dismissed from UMD, or denied admission, you must complete a Permission to Register form and obtain signatures as needed; the form is available from CE Registration windows 1 and 2, or by contacting 218/726-8113.
Registration Procedure
Complete and submit a Registration Form (you may download a form in PDF format ), and if you are new to UMD, you must also complete and submit a Continuing Education Non-degree Seeking Application with your Registration Form. (you may download a form in PDF format ) These forms are also available from CE Registration windows 1 - 3. You may choose one of four easy ways to register:
| Online | To register online go to www.d.umn.edu/ce and follow the links. You will be asked to enter your name, your contact information, and information on the courses you wish to take. Once you submit your registration, you will be contacted by CE Registration staff within two business days. |

Official Enrollment
You are officially enrolled only in those courses for which you are properly registered. Faculty will record a grade for each course listed on the official grade report even if you do not attend. No grades will be recorded in courses for which you are not properly registered. By registering for classes, you enter into a legally binding contract to pay all tuition and fees, including any nonrefundable fees.
Holds
If there is a hold on your record, you may not be able to register or obtain a transcript until that hold is cleared. Holds may be imposed for financial indebtedness to the University (e.g. unpaid tuition or library fines), or for disciplinary, scholastic or procedural reasons.
