Minnesota high school students even have access to college courses through College in the Schools (CITS) and the Post Secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) program.
College in the Schools
CITS is a concurrent enrollment program which gives Minnesota high school students the ability to take college-level courses and earn college credit from their high school classrooms. CITS supports excellence in teaching, and strengthens high school--University relations.
Post Secondary Enrollment Option
Students who participate in PSEO attend class on the UMD campus earning credit alongside UMD students.
