Advising Survey
When you return this survey, your email address will be entered into a drawing for $$$$ prizes.
The College of Education and Human Service Professions is committed to student advising. We need your input to identify areas of concern and help us to make changes aimed at improved academic advising. Please take a few moments to complete this survey. RESULTS ARE CONFIDENTIAL and will be summarized by major so that no individual respondents or advisors can be identified.
Mark what you consider to be your first major, and respond to the survey based on the advising you receive for that major.
