Subcommittee on Academic Integrity

To review the recommendations in the Clayton Committee Report and recommend changes or additions to policy appropriate to UMD including:

1. actions to heighten students' awareness of the principles of academic integrity through the use of statements and/or pledges upon enrollment, at the start of each semester, or on individual assignments, papers and tests,
2. actions to inform faculty of procedures and resources in promoting academic integrity and
3. a common form for reporting or documenting cheating incidents to a central resource, i.e. the student conduct code coordinator.
