Background Study on Students

Occasionally, an affiliated agency requires a background study on a student who is on-site at the agency for activities associated with programs/courses. CEHSP will forward requests for background studies to the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension with informed consent of the student. The student is responsible for payment of the $15.00 fee.

• Student must complete the informed consent (Word document).
• Attach a $15.00 check payable to BCA.
• Submit to CEHSP Student Affairs.

Results of background checks will be reviewed by the Associate Dean and action taken as warranted by information reported. Reports will be kept on file in Student Affairs.
