REQUEST SPECIAL CONTRACTS
When special duties require special pay arrangements:
- Funds available in the Department
- Department Head contacts Administrative Director to clarify policies as needed: e.i., payroll, bargaining unit policy, summer school pay policies, etc.
- If mediation/negotiation is required on amount, dates or other issues, Department Head arranges for discussion with the Dean.
- If no funds are available in the Department, the Department Head first seeks additional funds from the Dean and then proceeds with step 1 above.
