New Effective Fall 2009: Scores by Web!!!!

Beginning the fall 2009 ETS will no longer be mailing a paper based copy to your home.  Instead, you are responsible for accessing the scores from your Praxis Account.  The process is easy — simply log into your Praxis account and click on your score report.

NOTE:  Be sure to save a copy of your scores on your computer or email it to yourself.  You will be responsible for printing a copy of the scores and attaching it to your block application.

Paper Based Exam: Scores will be available on the assigned Scores Report Dates listed below

Test Date Score Report Date (Approx) Number of Days after Score Report Date, Scores are Downloadable and Available Online
11/14/09 12/15/09 45 Days

After scores have been posted they are downloadable and available online for 45 calendar days from the score post date.

Emergency Registration. Emergency registration will replace standby testing. Unlike standby testing, emergency registration will guarantee the test taker a seat. Test takers who must take a paper/pencil test but have missed the regular and late registration deadline dates will have an opportunity to use emergency registration up until the Friday one week prior to the test date. Emergency registration is available only by registering online, and the fee for this service will be $75.

Out-of-Session Exception Processing. The Board of Teaching has coordinated with Educational Testing Service (ETS) for authorization for some candidates (in selected fields) to register for specific tests when "more than one test" is required for any given license and there is a conflict in the same testing session when the tests are offered. This exception is made for candidates who are required to take more than one test for the single field. No more than 2 tests can be taken on the same day. You must complete 2 paper registration forms that can be located at the following website. Include one time per year registration fee as well as fee for both tests. Mail applications and fees to ETS. They will also accept fax.
