During the stressful time of the semester it is important to learn how to manage your stress. Heatlh Services will be presenting strategies, techiniques, and providing ways for you to overcome stress. The workshop will include some discussion and also a lot of useful information on stress management.
This information session offers students the opportunity to learn about resources and methods to use that will help confirm a major that best fits an individual's personality and type. Students will also get connected with advising tools, become aware of the recommended time line to declare and how to declare the major.

To lead a truly full and fulfilling life you need to pay just attention to all areas or your life such as relationships, leisure, financial/material, personal growth, lifelong learning, and career. These areas of your life are connected to each other and in looking at the big picture of your life, you can set goals worthy of the life you want to lead.
