At the February 22, 2013 meeting, an update on the status of performance evaluations with respect to recording, valuing, and recognizing efforts and accomplishments that advance Goal 2 was presented.  On August 28, 2012, the LT approved text for the performance appraisal form for civil service bargaining and non-bargaining employees.  VC Lisa Erwin said at that time that the P&A form includes a section for employees to report activities that improve the campus climate.  Susana Pelayo Woodward will send the text for civil service employees to Mary Cameron for inclusion in their form.  The LT also discussed faculty annual performance forms.  Andrea Schokker will discuss this with the deans.  The LT asked that information about the CS and Student Life P&A text be sent to Lucy Kragness for Cabinet consideration and implementation.

Bilin Tsai asked about the removal of an organizational box for the Campus Climate work in the new governance structure (To be voted on at the March 5 Campus Assembly agenda).  John Hamlin responded that ECCA discussed if, how, and where to place this work.
