Summary

The CCT members discussed ways to improve communication with campus and between
change teams:

  • CCT members should communicate CCT discussions and materials to their UCTs and also their unit heads;
  • Involve more students in change team work; the CEHSP SJAC uses video and google hangout to communicate with students
  • More broadly communicate incident reporting protocol and follow up; a spring semester Campus Forum is being developed by the Commissions;
  • Evaluate campus climate structure (unit, change and leadership teams) and revise or replace as appropriate;
  • Commissions should meet with the Chancellor and keep him apprised on their work;

 

The Faculty/Staff climate survey was sent on February 22. The Student climate survey will be
sent in March. The CCT briefly discussed the SEM Actions Plans
