Strategies and Actions

During 2011-12, the work of the Campus Change and Unit Change Teams will focus on the broad recommendations accepted by the Leadership Team. The 2011-12 Campus Climate Agenda is aligned with Goal 2 of the UMD Strategic Plan.

Proposed principles and definitions: Equity, Diversity, and Justice (December 2011)

In early May 2011, the Unit Change Teams submitted reports describing their work to create an inclusive campus climate. Please click to read these reports. Many contain Action Items identified and discussed by the UCT members. Some UCTs have recently formed and have submitted a Summary of their meetings. The Campus Change Team will discuss the UCT reports and make recommendations to the Leadership Team.
