Strategies and ActionsJuly 27, 2012 Endorsement of 2012-2013 Unit Change Team The Leadership Team discussed the three reports presented below. The latter is a work in progress with additional projects to be added in the fall. Leadership Team members discussed several of the FY12 achievements and options for overcoming the challenges identified. In addition, they reviewed the FY13 projects and encouraged the change teams to continue their efforts to improve the campus climate, strengthen communication within and among change teams and units, and increase the breadth and depth of their efforts. The Leadership Team thanked the Change Team for their accomplishments and endorsed their proposed projects.

Fall 2011: During 2011-12, the work of the Campus Change and Unit Change Teams will focus on the broad recommendations accepted by the Leadership Team. The 2011-12 Campus Climate Agenda is aligned with Goal 2 of the UMD Strategic Plan.
Spring 2011: In early May 2011, the Unit Change Teams submitted reports describing their work to create an inclusive campus climate. Please click to read these reports. Many contain Action Items identified and discussed by the UCT members. Some UCTs have recently formed and have submitted a Summary of their meetings. The Campus Change Team will discuss the UCT reports and make recommendations to the Leadership Team. |
