Strategic Plan Implementation 2011-12 The The UMD Strategic Plan was endorsed by the Campus Assembly and approved by Chancellor Black during spring semester, 2011. During the 2011-12 academic year, the focus has turned to implementing this plan. A general implementation process has been adopted and many specific activities are underway. Numerous action steps are being undertaken related to the six campus goals. The links below describe the implementation process and activities more completely.
