MN Power Scholarship

The Minnesota Power Foundation will award scholarships to students who will be entering the last half of their college degree and who are pursuing a degree in a qualifying field of study. Scholarship amount is $2,500 for junior or senior students applying for a Bachelor's degree.
Scholarships will be awarded based on the applicants' demonstrated and articulated commitment to completing degrees at qualifying institutions in fields of study that match regional workforce needs.
In addition to a completed application form, you will need to submit an official copy of your school transcript and letters of recommendation from at least two for the following: instructor, academic advisor or employer. Submission of a photo is optional but encouraged.

ADSC Scholarship (Graduate)
DEADLINE FEBRUARY 10, 2014
The International Association of Foundation Drilling, through its Industry Advancement Fund, invites graduate students from the United States and Canada, enrolled in ABET or CEAB-accredited engineering programs, to apply for one of seventeen (17) scholarships worth up to $3000. In addition to the scholarship, winners will be flown (travel and lodging expenses paid) to the ADSC Annual Meeting, and be formally introduced to the membership. Selection criteria include: activities/honors, short essays, two letters of recommendation, and work experience.
- Must be a student currently enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program or be a graduate from such a program
- Must plan to enter or continue graduate school during the current academic year
- Applicant can be full-time or part-time
