Congratulations!

You have been notified by the CLA that you have been selected to checkout a CLA laptop for Fall Semester 2006. Pick up your laptop in the Student Affairs and Advising Center (KPlz 306m), from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM Wednesday, Sept. 13th through Wednesday, Sept. 22nd. Laptops not picked up by 4:00 pm Sept. 22nd will be reassigned.

When you pick up your laptop, you must bring a copy of the Laptop Checkout Agreement, signed and dated, and have read the Laptop Student Responsibility sheet.

You must bring the checkout agreement with you to pick up the laptop.
