Report a Behavioral Incident

To report an incident, you must respond affirmatively to the following:

  • I am a student, staff, faculty, or University community member.
  • I am aware that the accused will have access to my complaint.
  • All of the information I provide will be accurate to the best of my knowledge.

If you respond affirmatively to all of the above, file an Incident Report.

An investigation gathers information in an attempt to determine the facts surrounding an incident, hear relevant witnessess, and understand all sides. From there, responsibility and sanctions are decided upon.
