General Registration Information:

 

  • Payment policy: Payment must be postmarked BY the early registration date to qualify for the reduced rate. Registrations with payment postmarked after that date (or on the day of the lecture) will not be eligible for the discounted early registration rate.

  • Students: Full-time UMD Communication Sciences and Disorders major students are eligible for waived fee but still need to register.
  • Waived-Fee Voucher Registration In appreciation of contributions to the CSD Department, individuals may receive vouchers for attending the Eddy Lectures free of charge.  These vouchers are distributed directly through the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Only those individuals who receive vouchers are able to use them for waived fees. 
    To redeem a voucher:
    • Use the voucher as your registration form.  Enter the name of the Eddy Lecture for which you are registering onto the voucher.
    • Mail in the voucher by the Early Registration Date to:

    • Vouchers postmarked after the early registration due date will not be accepted.
    • A voucher is good for free attendance to one Eddy Lecture for one individual.  In some cases, more than one person may be listed to potentially redeem a voucher. In those cases, only one of the individuals listed actually may redeem the voucher for a given lecture.  One voucher may not be redeemed for multiple individuals.
    • Vouchers are non-replaceable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
