Preparing students for a career in the arts
School of Fine Arts offers degrees for students in the departments of Art & Design, Theatre and Music. The School also includes two museums (the Tweed Museum of Art and the Glensheen Historic Estate) and the Fine Arts Academy, a non-degree granting community school.
The School of Fine Arts (SFA) at UMD is dedicated to preparing students for a career in the arts and serves as a cultural and artistic center for the campus, the community, and for the entire state.
Setting the stage for great success
SFA has a mission to prepare the upcoming generation for success so that they may give in return to the next generation. You may have the means to help make this happen.
