The SAE Clean Snowmobile Challenge is under way!.

.: introduction

Welcome to the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Clean Snowmobile Challenge (CSC) web space. The initiative of the project is possible by support from the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) to modify an existing production snowmobile that will further the sport and create new technologies by improved emissions and noise while maintaining or improving the performance of the original snowmobile. Engineering students must make modifications that are still cost-effective. We invite you to talk a look around and see what's going on with the project.
