Expectations of the Primary Cooperating Administrator  Site Supervisor

 

The responsibilities listed below are those expected of primary cooperating administrators across all program areas in the Department of Education.  Program areas may also provide guidelines to primary cooperating administrators that are specific to the needs of the particular content or licensure area.

All mid-term and final evaluation forms, and honorarium forms can be found in the educational administrative intern’s file folder.

It is the intern’s responsibility to arrange a meeting with you before his/her first day.

Orient the intern to the district

Orient the intern to the school

Plan with the intern for the internship experience

Review and provide feedback about project and duty plans prior to implementation

Observe intern experience on a regular basis and provide feedback

Evaluate the performance of the intern
