About the Plan

This plan serves as the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Emergency Response and Spill Clean up Plan/Guide, whenever an emergency involving hazardous chemicals, biological agents, or radioactive materials occurs on this site in accordance with Minnesota Rules 7045.0572.

All responses to emergencies at this site will be managed according to guidelines set forth in the University Emergency Operation Plan developed by the U of MN Department of Emergency Management (DEM), and in compliance with University of Minnesota "Academic/Administrative policy 2.6.6, Establishing the National Incident Management System (NIMS) at the University of Minnesota".
