Noise Ordinance

Each municipality in which the University has buildings is subject to a noise ordinance. In addition, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) also has a noise ordinance.  For more information on compliance with these ordinances, contact ehso at:  ehso@dumn.edu or at (218) 726-7139.
