Labovitz School of Business and Economics Event
The first panel focused on “Soft Skills,”the interpersonal and communication skills that are needed to succeed in the business world. The second panel focused on “Community Involvement” and why it is becoming more important as a part of job expectations. The final panel focused on "Global Competition." Between the panel discussions and the classroom presentations over 1,000 students had the chance to meet and learn from alumni.

Professor for a Day began as a way to connect LSBE alumni with current students, faculty, and staff. Alumni are invited back to campus to step into the role of "Professor." This event is an opportunity for students to network with alumni and to learn the relationship between the academic world and the realities they will face in the workplace.
