SUZUKI INTEREST FORM

Instruction is available on violin, viola, cello, harp, guitar, and piano. Suzuki new families are encouraged to register early as openings are limited. All new Suzuki parents meet for orientation four consecutive Monday evenings. New parent orientation is only offered prior to fall semester.
