Qualitative Standard: Grade Point Average (GPA)
- If you are a Ph.D. student, you must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 for your entire period of enrollment.
- If your program requires a higher cumulative GPA, the higher requirement will be used to determine SAP financial aid eligibility.
- Your GPA will be reviewed at the end of each term.
Quantitative Standard
- You must complete your doctoral degree within eight calendar years of your program admission date.
- If you are unable to complete your degree within this timeframe, you may file a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal form to be considered for an extension.
