While enrolled for the loan period, and before it ends.

Students who apply for this loan after the loan period has ended must do so within two months after the loan period ends if applying without a co-signer, or within 12 months after the loan period ends when applying with a co-signer. Loans for students borrowing after a loan period ends will be processed for the amount owed the University.
