Welcome to the School of Fine Arts Student Affairs Office – where we have student’s needs and the arts at heart. We invite you to stop by our office or call us with any academic or campus resource questions you may have. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Faculty advisement is our hallmark at UMD. You have been assigned a faculty adviser specific to your area of study. Each semester you will meet with your faculty adviser to be sure that you are on course with your major. We encourage you to use this time to get to know your adviser and learn about his or her expertise and professional experience. Your faculty adviser is there for you as a mentor throughout your college career.
