Theatre
The Department of Theatre, housed in the Marshall Performing Arts Center, has three objectives: to teach, produce, and sponsor theatre. The department provides broad liberal arts study, as well as academic and professional training in the arts of the theatre: acting, singing, directing, critical evaluation, dance, film studies, scenic design, lighting, sound design, costume design, properties, stage management, theatre history and theory, playwriting, and theatre management.
