UMD Served Dinners include regular and decaf coffee, hot tea, and ice water. All guest tables will be clothed and guests will have linen napkins. Catering asks that you limit your choice to one selection, with exceptions made for vegetarians and special dietary needs. **

Chicken Dijon - $15.00

Boneless chicken breast lightly seasoned and breaded with delicate oriental bread crumbs, served with rosemary roasted baby red potatoes, baby carrots, a mixed green salad and freshly baked rolls.
 

Chicken Cordon Bleu - $15.00

Homemade Chicken Cordon Bleu, served on a bed of wild rice, UMD's Broccoli Sunshine, a mixed green salad, and freshly baked dinner rolls.
 

Southwestern Pork Loin - $15.00

Pork Loin grilled and sliced, topped with Grilled Vegetable Salsa, served with homemade coleslaw, golden rice with zesty roasted tomatoes and freshly baked corn bread.
 

Almond Crusted Salmon with Leek and Lemon Cream Sauce- $22.00

Salmon encrusted with crushed almonds and drizzled with a leek and lemon cream sauce, served with creamy orzo with fresh vegetables, a ceasar salad, and freshly baked dinner rolls.
 

Grilled Vegetables with Penne Pasta - $12.00

Penne pasta tossed with grilled fresh mushrooms, baby red potatoes, green peppers and onions, covered in a tomato-basil sauce, served with a mixed green salad and garlic bread.
